This comprehensive breastfeeding class will help you get off to the best start with breastfeeding your new baby.

Partners are welcome to attend and not required to pay an additional fee. When registering, please just register yourself and know that your partner is included.

New Mom’s Group

Newborns through young toddlers welcome! Free and ongoing every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Open to community, not limited to Casa Natal families. Bring your friends, neighbors, sisters, aunts or any new moms who would enjoy a relaxed, non-judgemental mothers group. We have a loose discussion planned for each meeting.

*Please note masks are required and you will need to bring a blanket with you to sit on.

Empowered Birth Childbirth Education Series

Empowered Birth $399*

Join midwife Stephanie Kerwin for a childbirth education class specifically designed for families planning to birth at home or here at the birth center! This weekend, 10-hour course dives into all things labor, birth, and postpartum, including stages of labor and birth, comfort measures for labor, preparing for a community birth, navigating hospital transfers, postpartum care and healing, lactation and newborn care. You will receive a link with access to all class information, a postpartum planning guide, a local resource handbook, and more!

Empowered Refresher $199*

A one-day, 4-hour workshop that covers comfort measures for labor, and preparing for a community birth. While this class is open to all, it is most appropriate for those expecting a subsequent baby (but first community birth), or for those who have had a community birth, but want a refresher. You will receive a link with access to all class information, a postpartum planning guide, a local resource handbook, and more!

*Please let us know if your family would benefit from sliding scale or reduced fee pricing. Families are much better prepared for birth and postpartum when they take a childbirth education class. If cost is a barrier, we can work with you!
