Inspired Birth Series
Inspired Birth is offered in a three session series (includes the Comfort Measures Intensive session). We are currently hosting our group classes in-person. Virtual attendance can be happily accommodated for those families attending from outside of the Bay Area or those more comfortable with virtual sessions.
This series is designed to connect families while giving valuable and comprehensive information on “what to expect” while laboring and giving birth, partner support, coping techniques and comfort measures.
Our series will focus primarily on natural birth coping plans but will touch base on intervention in the comprehensive curriculum. Click the ‘Learn More’ button on the left side to read about what each week will entail.
